Eligibility for the Energy Company Obligation Scheme

In order to determine your eligibility for the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) scheme, we are required to verify whether you are receiving the relevant qualifying benefit(s). To do this, we may share your information with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) via the Energy Saving Trust (EST).

Please note that through this service, EST and our company will not be able to see which benefits you are receiving. The DWP will only confirm if you are in receipt of a qualifying benefit, without disclosing which one. This will not affect your future benefit payments.

Alternatively, if you prefer not to share your data with EST, you may provide copies of documents that serve as proof of your benefits received from the DWP.

We value your privacy and have a separate Privacy Policy that outlines how we will handle the data collected about you. By providing your details and ticking the box below, you consent to sharing this data with the DWP via EST.

If you wish to withdraw your consent for us to share your data with EST, you may contact us. Please note that any data collected prior to the withdrawal of your consent will still be processed. However, no new data will be collected or processed further.
