Many vulnerable households face high energy costs, along with low-efficiency boilers and heating systems that produce high carbon emissions. The government boiler grant aims to combat this, reducing carbon emissions and helping the UK government meet their sustainability targets. The Boiler grant is part of the ECO scheme, which looks to improve home heating efficiency through several methods.
As well as home insulation, this focused on boiler upgrades. If eligible, the grant can cover your entire cost of a new boiler and installation. However, not everybody meets the necessary criteria to take advantage of the scheme. When applying, you must check your eligibility. Our team can advise you on any issues, as well as assessing the current efficiency of your boiler and heating.
